Welcome to the colorful and creative world of the Threads Textile Festival! From May 16 to 17, 2026, Sunny Bank Mills will welcome you with its pastel-colored walls and warm atmosphere. More than 50 exhibitors will showcase their most innovative textile creations. Whether you’re a seasoned fiber enthusiast or a beginner, you’ll find something to enjoy among the many workshops organized throughout the weekend. Admission is just 4£, and caregivers and children under 12 can enter for free, making this festival accessible to all craft lovers.

About Threads Textile Festival
Sunny Bank Mills, located in Stanningley near Leeds, is an old textile mill that specialized in wool fabric production. Since 2010, it has been refurbished into a business and artist community, featuring an exhibition gallery, a textile and local history archive, shops, and cafes. Managed by the Gaunt family since 1943, the archive received the West Yorkshire Archive Service Community Accreditation in 2021.
