About Fibrations Festival

Victoria City Hall is located at the intersection of Douglas Street and Pandora Avenue, near the CTV Vancouver Island studios and the McPherson Playhouse, in the downtown area of Victoria. Built in 1890, this building serves as the residence of the City Council of Victoria. It was designated as National Historic Site of Canada in 1977 and listed as a municipal historical monument in 1979.
